Wow since exercising I've found I don't crave cigarettes as much. Like I've gone from over 10 a day to about 2. And that's within the first week. And I've even lost 2kg...woo.
Hopefully soon I won't be smoking at all

I used to be a smoker and used to find quite the opposite -- when I was a casual smoker, I used to crave cigarettes after an intense workout and so would get home and light one up. I always thought it was kinda bizarre
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
