ok, so I've just started uni, and somehow (not really sure, given the amount of alcohol that has been consumed), i have not put on weight (actually lost a couple of kg, even over easter).

basically i'm happy to have maintained my weight for probably the last 9 months, so now i am setting a new goal, which is to get down to 75kg (a loss of 7kg) by my birthday (1st August). it may not seem like much, but i believe that slow and steady wins the race (and maintains more successfully)

hey leenie sounds like a well thought out and sensible plan. keep us updated- u can do it- weightloss isnt a race

I agree with Kate it isn't a race, you will get there at your own pace and it looks like you have a sensible plan. All the best and you will get there. :D
