Hard to do exercise, but I managed a bit. Hard, because for some reason (though I do it all day) my hubby can't seem to cope with a 14 month old AND a baby who is crying. 5 minutes, and it's, "I don't know what's wrong, so she MUST be hungry, even though you just fed her..." Sigh.
Anyway, I did a few k's and cut 10 off my virtual trip. Plus I had a few hours off to go shopping (fun-shopping and grocery-shopping). I took Jasmine in the carrier, and we wandered around for a few hours. My calories ended up averaging 2040, which is close to my goal of 2000, though I had to guess quite a few things. I went to MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) only three times before I couldn't go any more because of the midwives clinic visits and ultrasounds and just being fat and tired, but MOPS still organized me EIGHT meals over 4 weeks, which is very, very nice. Also both mum and mil brought out meals, so we haven't done too much cooking. But neither do I have any idea how many calories are in these foods, so I guestimated.
Well, I lost a little, so I'm going to carry on as I have been, with hopefully a little more exercise.
