Well, I've sorted out some SH*T with my ex so I'm on the road starting today to the new me. After shifting the load off my shoulders, I feel better and believe I can now focus.
So starting today, because I know I can't cheat, I'm going to log my calorie content and exercise content for the day.
I know they aren't exact via calorie king esp the exercise but it'll have to do.

Will post today's information after dinner tonight.

Okay, here goes:

Calorie Content for today:

1061

Exercise:

Elliptical Trainer - 15 minutes, level 5-7;
Jogging - 10 minutes, 8kph increased at 5mins to 8.5kph, then increased for 1 minute to 10kph;
Rowing Machine - 15 minutes, 5.5kph.

hey tamara sorry you have been having so much trouble with your ex. its hard because you have kids together - im sure its been very stressful for you mate. well done for turning things into a positive though and getting back on the wagon. things are looking good for you :)

I had no idea that sardines and corned beef were so full of calories. holy crap!

Nil today - had a meeting run an hour overtime so was late picking boys up.

But no junk today so I'm proud of that at least.

1/2 hr weights

I don't have calorie content as I wasn't around computer to get it into calorieking.

I don't think I did too bad.

No exercise, It's mother's day!!! lol

had leftovers for breaky

soup for lunch (mother's day luncheon)

no dessert, but came home and at some chips and an easter egg.

smack again

back to it tomorrow.

honestly, i think the weekends are my foes. the fridge is there, must spank fridge

you still have easter eggs?!! chuck them out girl!! tell your sons that they have to pick one or two and eat them and the rest are getting thrown out! lol. im sure you will be back on the wagon tomorrow tamara and hope you had a lovely mothers day!
