pics are on my facebook (finally!!!) - i'm happy to add anyone, just pm me :)

weighed in this morning at 91.6kg. not the best, but could have been far worse.

there is no way i want to be in the 90's at christmas though. it's coming up for a year since i started putting weight back on (went from around 81/2 back over 90 in a really short space of time  ) and i don't want to head in the wrong direction again this christmas!!

so - first mini goal is to get below 90. and by christmas. i will achieve this!

once i get under 90, i'm going to start myself a new thread. well, that's the plan!

hope everyone is having a good friday :)

didn't weigh in this morning...it was so hot overnight that when i crawled out of bed i didn't even think about it, just went straight for the shower! oops

will weigh in tomorrow morning instead.

after much encouragement from my bf, i got back in contact with the PT i was seeing last year and have set up my first appt for next wednesday after work. in the end, i had to agree with my bf that it was working when i went to see the PT - i found even though i only went once a week that it really kept me in check for the whole week.

i'm going to keep going with my daily step pledge for now - it certainly can't hurt & it's a good way to make sure i'm moving each day :)

Good on you Sassi. I'm sure you'll love being back with your personal trainer. I gave mine up last year after he switched gyms. But I miss those sessions with him. How's the step challenge going? I saw you got 10K+ a few days. Well done. Fits with my sig... Just keep moving!!! :D

thanks san :)

the 10k step challenge is going okay - i just haven't put together more than a couple of days over 10k before i drop down again. but i am determined to do it for at least 4 days - i was over 10k yesterday & now need to just string 3 more days in a row and then i can buy a pair of shoes - i have an rdo on monday & i'm going shopping so it's a good incentive to be at the reward stage!!!

and it was actually your sig & mantra that made me think of the challenge in the first place!!

Oh footy, how i miss footy!
Hey Sassi i know this might sound dumb, but i wear a pedometer to and im never standing still, literally if im standing in one place, i'll be walking on the spot or something, the boys at work used to think i was crazy till they got used to it! Another thing i sometimes do at work if its quiet is jog on the spot in the bathroom at work! (i have my own bathroom being the only girl) Ok, so maybe i am crazy, i just HAVE to get my 10000 a day! LOL

i miss it too!

i know what you mean about having to get the 10,000 a day - i'm starting to get that too! at least you know that if you've done 10,000 then you've been 'active' during the day! i'm going to have to take some of your hints and use them!
