how's the dress issue shaping up jo? a good-ish sort of problem to have!!

dancing is a great way to get fit. I used to go out clubbing every weekend (sometimes both nights) for a few months straight last year, and at the time i was eating a LOT of junk, yet didn't gain a kilo - I didn't lose any weight, but if I hadn't have been eating take-away all the time I would probably have dropped a few kg. After a big night, with all the dancing and walking from club to club, you can really feel it in your legs, especially if you've been wearing heels! The only thing is trying to resist the late night pizza/kebab stop! hehehe
