I know it's only been a few days (22.05 since starting diet) but I couldn't wait a week to get on those scales, I tentatively step on, close my eyes, then sneek a peak out of just one........ YIPPEE!! I have lost 1.6kgs :D I know, its mostly fluid, but hey a loss is a loss right?

yay melinda!! you are right its probably fluid but thats less weight on your now than before! well done keep at it!

My first week wasn't so bad, pretty much what I expected :)

Weight loss: 2.7kgs
Motivation: High
Health: Headaches & dry mouth for the first few days
Exercise: None, my body needs to adjust in the first week, will go tomorrow
Weak Moment: Made cupcakes for peeps at work, had 1 :oops:

Health Severe lower back pain
Exercise None
Eating Habits Lots of veg, salad, lean meat, minimum carbs
Weak Moment Bowl of icecream, with chocolate topping
Strong Moment Saying "no thanks" a dozen times

hey melinda you are doing so well. i remember the most important thing was saying 'no' to people when they offered me things. there were times i even went to birthday celebrations and said no to cake even when i was the one who made the cake! it gets easier with every no you say though :)
