I started counting my points yesterday, the sad thing is I have gone over both days. But at least I know where I went wrong and I am just learning to do it again so its all a leraning curve for me.

So yesterday I was so proud of myself. I started playing netball with a friend so thats a weekly thing now. I thought I was going to have a heart attack the amount I played but it did me good. My body is so sore last night and today but thats a good thing isnt it?

I should be on 22 points...

Yesterday
BREAKFAST- 2 pieces of raison bread and margarine
MORNING TEA- apple
LUNCH- small roll with ham, cheese and salad with NO dressing
AFTERNOON TEA- a carrot
DINNER- soup and 2 pieces of mountain bread
DESSERT- maltesres (with hubby, naughty girl)

EXCERISE- 40 min netball game plus we went to the park to practice and shoot for an extra 35 min

WATER- 2 liters

That all came up to about 25 points because of the chocolate :? but is it like 7 points for excerising???I think so, so that make it good..

Today I had a piece of fish at work and just died when I saw how many points it is. I got to rememeber to pack my ww books in my work bag. It took me WAY OVER my points for the day. I didnt walk every far today because my legs are killing me from netball. Plus its so bloody cold.

BREAKFAST- 2 crumpets with vegimite and juice
MORNING TEA- musli bar and coffee
LUNCH-sausage and potato baked (with kids) and then a piece of take away fish
AFTERNOON TEA- nothing
DINNER- cheese, ham and vegi omlette

EXCERISE- 18 min walking the dog

WATER- 1.5 liters

POINTS- 28  holly crap thats alot, damm fish
1.5 for walking

Well I had a few good days and yesterday fully blew it. I am not even going to mention what I put in my mouth because I am discustered with myself and I think thats enough punishment there.

But hey today is another day. I had 3 good days and 1 bad one so I have proven to myself I can do it.

23/7/07

Hubby started a diet today as well so now its going to be easier on me :D

I did well today, I am quiet pleased with how I went, although I could have had more fruit.

Plus I didnt excerise because basically to be honest I was simply just to lazy to go out in the cold this morning to walk the dog. Bad but true I am afraid. But I am not going to let that get me down. I am learning day by day

breakfast- 2 crumpets with vegimtie and a glass of juice

lunch- ham, chesse and salad roll

dinner- fish and salad burger with wedges (homemade)

snacks- 4 banana lollies, carrott, strawberrys

drinks- 2 teas, coke zero and 1.5 liters of water

excerise- none :?
