Good on you Mel. It's really tough dealing with both quitting the cigs and watching everything you eat. So well done. Hope you won netball?

Well done with the netball Mel that's a great score.

Oh and the arrowroot biscuits have a lot less cals than many others you could have chosen so not too bad I reckon!

Keep at it and stay strong with the ciggies.

hey mel whats up at work that is upsetting you? you know you can vent here, and having been a child care worker myself i can understand the stress of the industry. i also find that i tend to make 'bad' food choices when i am under stress, worried about something, upset etc. it seems to be the easy way out sometimes but then at the end of the week i end up paying for it when i get on the scales. :?

remember we are all here to support and not judge you

Just the censored and acting like school kids. I cant do it anymore. they all pretend to be nice but really they all have something to say about each other

good work mel on the loss :) that netball is definately paying off :) i remember doing a work placement when i was doing my diploma and it was for 0-2 year olds and at the centre the room leader was sooo nasty and treated me like a slave. i was doing 7am-5pm shifts and she always made me feel like i was doing the wrong thing when i was there to learn from her- pfft i ended learning NOT to be like her.

Hey Mel - congrats on the weightloss. Sorry to hear you're having a stressful time at work. Don't let those nasty biyatches set you off course, though. Don't give them that power over you and your eating!

Well done on the loss Milo, i too know what you mean about child care and the majority female enviro can get censored, thats why i got out! Maybe you should become a nanny instead!

PS you can still have macca, a lean beef burger is 5 points and a sml chips is 3-4, depending on how many fall out!! :D I WILL not miss out on maccas, more so when hungover!!

Opps, it seems as if I have put on hlaf a kilo over the weekend. Nearly a 2 kilo loss was great, as least I havnt put it all back on.

Today I went well, although I didnt have any fruit only in mu crumble. So I feel alittle guilty about that, This is how I went

breakfast- 2 crumpets with vegimtie
morning tea- 2 pieces of raison bread. I didnt have any fruit to eat and that seemd the best option at work
lunch- microwave stir fry, its a pretty small one and some apple crumble with the kids.
afternoon tea- nothing
dinner- beef stir fry

water- 1.5 liters

excerise- when hubby gets home we are taking the dog for a walk and I will jog alittle bit, so around 30 min..
Mel :)
