Postby The Scales Tell Me So » Sun Jun 24, 2007 8:54 pm

Hello,

I have done several posts on here now and have gotten so much good information, its incrediable how many of my questions have been aswered just by browsing through.

I just looked at the before and after photo section and nearly fell off my chair CONGRADULATIONS TO EVERYONE. Hopefully in several weeks down the track I can begin to add my own.

Anyway this is the beginning of my progress report. I am currently 115kg and have a goal to be 90kg by the end of my 8weeks. Well I will aim for it anyway. I will come back every couple of weeks for update on my loss.

Thanks for all the info the support here is incredible.

Going...Ok

Postby The Scales Tell Me So » Sat Jul 07, 2007 5:39 pm

Hello Again,

Thanks heaps for the encouragement it really helps :D .

So I think its been a week and a bit since my last report. Ive had a hard time getting into a healthy routine since by bed time used to be 4am. Ive seemed to have turned it around though and Im now getting up at 4am instead, which suits me great cause my gym opens at 5:30am.

Im really pushing myself to keep going, I think if I can force myself enough this will become routine before I know it and it will feel wierd to not go to the gym.

I got really sick at first with the change of routine, than there was the weight loss drug I tried (not good, now in the bin - note to self do not buy drugs off ebay  LOL).

So now on my scales it tells me Im on 110.9kg. Im now aiming to get really into it. My diet was no problem at all this week not even any temptations.

Well thats all I have to say this time, will report again in couple of weeks,

Ally is right if you have your food under control that is fantastic. Good to get rid of the pills, you can't substitute self control and hard effort for anything. Keep at it you will get there. :D

Update

Postby The Scales Tell Me So » Wed Jul 25, 2007 9:58 am

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for your kind words and encouragement. Its been a while now and I thought I would put in an update. Not much to say except that I am baffled :?

I have been going to the gym at 5 and 6am everyday for 3 weeks straight, my muscles hurt and Im really tired and have not changed in my eating plan. I have not lost any further weight. Im so exhuasted at the moment its hard to stay motivated  .

Is this normal to not lose anything? Am I doing something wrong?

Thanx for the helps,

Nikki

dont worry nikki im in that dilly of a pickle the moment too. maybe you need to just review a couple of things. are you drinking enough water? is it ttotm? have you been eating lots of things high in sodium? are your portions too big?

maybe mix things up a little bit. go for a walk one day instead of the gym, swap your lunch meal with your dinner meal.

dont be disheartened you are doing great things for your body its just a bit confused with how healthy its becoming :)

Take some measurements - you might be seeing some changes there though not on the scales. How do your clothes feel? Same or are they feeling a little looser? All the best!

I do agree with what everyone saying you need to look at what your doing to see if any of it not letting you lose weight.
