Thanks heaps for the encouragement it really helps
So I think its been a week and a bit since my last report. Ive had a hard time getting into a healthy routine since by bed time used to be 4am. Ive seemed to have turned it around though and Im now getting up at 4am instead, which suits me great cause my gym opens at 5:30am.
Im really pushing myself to keep going, I think if I can force myself enough this will become routine before I know it and it will feel wierd to not go to the gym.
I got really sick at first with the change of routine, than there was the weight loss drug I tried (not good, now in the bin - note to self do not buy drugs off ebay
So now on my scales it tells me Im on 110.9kg. Im now aiming to get really into it. My diet was no problem at all this week not even any temptations.
Well thats all I have to say this time, will report again in couple of weeks,
