hey michael...sounds like you're making some positive changes.

exams and stuff are stressful but i always found that exercise actually helped me focus. i still find the same with work now - if i've had a crappy day or i'm really stressed even 15 minutes on the exercise bike really perks me up!

i'm sure you're gonna look great for your 18th!

its always great when you find out you weigh less than you thought! congrats.

sounds like you really hit that gym hard- stacks more than i could do.... im a bit of a couch potato hehehe.
