Hay Jo

If you are using the cool running site there is some info on there about sore shins I think so have a read and see what you can do to combat them. I have problems sometimes with my calves and that gave me some great info on what to avoid and how to stretch properly.

Keep it up, you are doing great. :D

Well take it easy when you can and hopefully it will lessen as you exercise more.

it wasnt a very nice mocha lol... i was tempted to put some nutella in it...but that would defeat the purpose of not having the slice

another little triumph
i woke up craving cup coke... so i decided on the way to work i would stop at mcdonalds and get a diet coke.. i knew it would be difficult as i would want to stop for food aswell.. but i told myself NO...
and i didnt get any food.. just the diet coke.. wasnt as yummy as normal cup coke but it satified my craving!

i am very proud of myself!

I agree, any challange you win is a great step forward. Well Done. At least the drinks you gett from Maccers are 99.999999999% water. not sure on the sugar though.

Well done :)
