Ok i have decided that i want to work harder on this weightloss thing...

i cant do much activity at the moment as i broke my little toe on friday and im not allowed to wear proper shoes for another week and half because of my new tattoo... i am going to just work on situps and stuff until i can move enough to do cardio lol.

my first goal is 79 kilos... so that is three to lose.. i am really looking forward to cracking the 70's i havent been in the 70's for so long.. i think it would make me feel SOOOO much more confident.

:) no more junk food... or only a tiny little bit
smaller portions but eat when i am hungry.. i dont think i will count calories or KJ's because i get really obsessed and its my downfall...

so here goes:) any help and support and tips etc are very very welcome!

i was getting ready for work on friday morning and i smashed it on the door frame, you know when you just catch the pinky on the corner? very sore... quite a few swear words came out of my mouth lol..

ok, i did some excercise, despite sore toe and tattoo...

i did the ab workout dvd thingy from slimming and health and also my watp dvd (i just stepped lightly on my sore foot).

very pleased with myself

good work jo, anything is better than nothing. is there any way that you can do some swimming?

i think those goals are great and i like that its only 3 kgs til your first goal because its not over the top and very achievable. keep us updated and i hope your toe feels better soon!!

I've still got an ugly black toe nail from when I smashed a plate on it last April! :o

Anyway, good on you for getting your body moving regardless. This would be an easy time to throw in the towel and use it as an excuse to be lazy, but no! Good on ya Jo :D

i cant go swimming for another 3 weeks or so because of my silly tattoo lol.. i love it but its somewhat more inconvenient than i had imagined it to be..

but i think the watp dvd will do me for now as well as some situps... any excercise is better than none and i dont have to wear shoes to do these ones lol.

hmmm just indulged in the words most unhealthy lunch...

baked potato with sour cream and cheese... tried to steer clear of eating much of the cream or cheese topped with greek salad... mmmm feta!

and to make matters worse tonight it parma night... $6 parmas at 6... $7 parmas at 7... im going with my house mate....should be fun but unhealthy... ah well i got a promotion yesterday so its my celebratory food....

i feel very full now from my lunch.. i didnt eat it all.. bloody massive potato!

LOL I don't doubt it but for some reason I have never tried it. Generally if I go out I will order fish...almost never anything else! Hmmm fish n chips....damn now I want some. :oops:
