hmmmm....where's the clothes fairy???

I discovered vinnies/salvos is great for weight loss because you don't spend gazillions on nice new clothes that you get to wear twice.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

lol, i will just invest in a safety pin for now.. if they are good enough for babies nappies they are good enough for my trackies

i am a lean mean running machine!

i made my own running program instead of teh couch to 5 k...

and i can run for 3.48 mins without stopping (strange time i know but its a while song lol) i know it doesnt seem like alot but to me its HUGE... before that i was only running 1 min intervals...

woot go me...

now i am dying

Todays Goal for the Gym...

do 15 mins of weights and situps...

then do running cool program... its less running than yesterday but my muscles are very sore from yesterday so i am going to take it easy

78 kilos YAY

3 more to go and i will reach my first goal.. it was such a shock as i have been eating pretty bad and not really excercising...

but i checked four tiems and got the same reading.. lol

i reckon 78 kg is slim anyway :) but im sure you will be feeling great at your goal!

i ahvent been for a while, i just dont seem to have the energy, but i have been walking instead.. so i guess it must be working lol.
