Not sure if I'm doing this right but I'll give it a go!

Starting Weight: 85.0kgs
Current Weight: 84.0kgs
Goal Weight: 65.0kgs

Mondays-

Breakfast - Diet shake
Morning Tea - Piece of fruit
Lunch - Diet shake
Aftrernoon Tea- Piece of Fruit
Dinner- 2 pieces of chicken and mixed vegetables
Excercises-
10 Pushups
5 squats
5 Dips
5 Crunches

Tuesdays-
Breakfast - Diet shake
Morning Tea - Piece of fruit
Lunch - Diet shake
Aftrernoon Tea- Piece of Fruit
Dinner- 2 pieces of chicken and mixed vegetables
Snacks- 1 diet mousse, and diet jelly
Excercises-
10 Pushups
5 squats
5 Dips
5 Crunches

Wednesdays-
Breakfast - Diet shake
Morning Tea - Piece of fruit
Lunch - Diet shake
Aftrernoon Tea- Piece of Fruit
Dinner- 2 pieces of chicken and mixed vegetables

sounds good :) nice toning excercises :D but dont forget your cardio

Hey Mel, just wondering are you sure you're supposed to be eating so much fruit in that shake/food plan? Just seems like a lot of kjs. You might want to change some of the fruit to vegetables?

P.S. Great job on the exercise :)

i think two serves of fruit is fine, but in regards to snacks like madz said maybe add some more vegies/salad into your day. i think the exercise routine you have made is great to start yourself off, you dont want to get in too deep straight away. just build up slowly.

Oh really? That's what it says in my guide book...two pieces a day...I'll try to switch to veg now though thanks :)

hey fruit is better than chips or chocolate lol..thats my thoughts of the subject.

tropical fruits contain more natural sugar so less of those...

hows it all going for you? thoughts, feelings emotions lol?

haha that makes sense :lol:

It seems to be going okay...i seem to be thinking about food alot though...and it's hard when everyone else is eating mcdonalds and stuff like that...but I'll keep trying :)

apparently some posts only the moderators can edit, but there are some topics where you can edit your own posts. if you ever want something deleted let us the mods know and we can do it for you
