i have been sooo bad this week.

i am trying to make healthy choices and stick to my diet, but i keep breaking it and being weak!!!

tomorrow is another day!

this week i lost another 600g, which considering how badly i was eating etc i am very happy.

that brings my total weight loss to 3.5kg in two weeks!!

Great stuff, Carla. I think we tend to focus too much on the 'bad things' we've done during the week and not the 'good things' ... so it's good to get that positive feedback from the scales that even though we think we've been naughty, we've actually been more good than bad during the week :) Jeepers - I hope that made some sense :?
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

ohhhhh i have been SOOOOOOO bad.

last week was just insane for me, with work and personal life being sooo crazy!!

i didnt follow my celebrity slim diet at all really, but tried to eat moderately healthy (i didnt see the point of doing CS half, cos i was eating carby food too and thought it might be pointless)

so i am starting CS again tomorrow and will see how I go!!
