Morning girls well I am going to have a treadmill free day no time a poor excuse but it is a special day, I am looking forward to the movie and I hope where we are staying lives up to expectations I have just read a terrible write up about it on the net, if it is anything like what they say I will ask for my money back and I will be so disappointed.
Hope you all stay focused this weekend I will tune in Sunday night for all the gossip
Pam

Hi girls well here I am 1 kilo lighter and smiling faces all around we had a super weekend, the room was a bit disappointing for the money I had paid, but we enjoyed Happy Potter movie, Andy went to buy the tickets I went to get the coffee and when he found me I ummmming and arghing about buying chocolettes and he said go on we won't eat them all I said yes we will  so I didn't buy them, we really enjoyed the movie though poor Andy had a wee snooze  , we then went to the Botanical gardens for lunch and we had sandwiches and a bowl of wedges between us and we left half the wedges so we had made some good choices so far, when I saw the room I nearly cried it was quite tatty and I had paid a lot of money, Andy did not know what to expect but he was upset for me, the spa and bath room was lovely but the bedroom you could not swing a cat in it, it said it had a flat screen TV well it was flat alright but only 12 inches wide, we had taken some movies to watch and some champage I sat on the bed to watch the movie put the pillows against the wall like you do so I could be comfortable and the bed flew across the room and we just giggled like school kids obviously wild censored was going to be off the menu for the night  Anyway we enjoyed the movie and the champagne had a lovely spa and went out for dinner we had a lovely italian mean and came home and fell asleep by 9pm I woke up with a bad back the bed was too soft but Andy had a lovely sleep bless him  we packed up and were gone by 930am and took ourselves off to Glenelg for breakfast, bloody lovely bacon eggs mushrooms tomatoes and cappacinos, Andy bought me the new Harry Potter book and we decided despite the disappointment of the room we had enjoyed the weekend and ofcourse the added bonus of jumping on the scales this morning and seeing a loss of 1 kilo making 3 over 3 weeks
so alls well that ends well

What a fantastic weekend you and Andy had Pam that sounds like so much fun. LOL about the bed flying across the room. :D You did really well not to get those choccys too.

Well done on your loss as well that is a fantastic result. Keep up the great work.

Morning girls have got rid of the porn this morning, yuk they are even putting photos on, my goodness I could not get into those postions even if I was thin enough, Monday is a hard day for me I start work at 5am so the alarm goes off at 4am and I leave at 4.30am I packed all my nibbles for the day and my lunch and succumbed to a small piece of chocolate in the afternoon, I thought if Kate can have a Freddo frog I can have a small chocolate and I think I will do that I shall buy some to keep in my office as a little treat in the afternoon,I have just thought I am talking about Monday and yesterday was Tuesday I really am blonde under all this red and grey, anyway I walked on the treadmill on Monday for 40 mins and did 3k's now yesterday I work 8am-5pm and when I cam home I did 40mins on the treadmill again and I was stuffed I really had to push myself to make myself finish but so rewarding when I had finished, I have come to realise the secret in this weight loss business is organisation if you are not organized with food etc you won't win the battle, must dash to get ready for work, have a great day everyone and Kate I received your e-mail thanks
