Bron's Progress

Postby Bron M » Mon Jul 16, 2007 11:20 am

Well I started last week at the heavyest I have ever been, more than when I was pregnant.

Start 80.6 kg.

I have been following the WW points plan, my mum did it years ago and I had some of the stuff and I have bought other bits of e-bay, (hint as long as you don't by bulk lot programs it is really quite cheap just getting a book here and a book there.)

1 week down and I have lost 3.2kg. I am feeling better. I hope I can keep it up and not get into my grazing habbits. My biggest down fall.

Let you all know how it goes.

Fallen of the wagon

Postby Bron M » Tue Jul 24, 2007 10:49 am

Yes, I have fallen of the wagon in the last week, my little girl got really unwell :( and with little to no sleep every night for the last week, I have been reaching for the fridge.
So all that great work down the drain. Its also that time of the month, so I am not weighing in until next Monday so that maybe I can min. the damage to the numbers. If I don't know how much I put on and can get to disappointed a give up.
hope all you guys are doing better than I.
Back on the wagon finally today.
Little girl slept a little better last night so maybe, just maybe she is getting better.

hi bron. hope that your little girl is feeling much better soon.

it's hard when things like that throw everything out, but don't feel too disappointed or be too hard on yourself. it's good that you recognise what the trigger was to making you look to food for reassurance which makes it that teeny bit easier the next time you have a stressful situation.

you're back on the wagon today and have almost a week to stay on track & do some exercise before you weigh in again.

:)

Hi Bron - I hope too your little girl is feeling much better.

Don't give up - that's like cancelling out all the hard work you've done to date. You can do this! :)

Bron, hope your daughter is feeling better.

Don't be too hard on yourself and it sounds like you are going to get back up and into it again. :D

Back on the wagon

Postby Bron M » Mon Jul 30, 2007 3:32 pm

Well an update I suppose.

2 weeks down the track and my daugter is finally feeling better, still on the end of things but getting better every day.

Have been eating better and trying to at least get back to where I started. See how it all goes for the weigh in next week.

Good luck for your weigh in. When do you go in to get weighed? I hope you have a bit of a loss in spite of your girl's illness. Whatever happens, I hope it boosts your motivation!
