well so far this week has been up and down  I have been to the gym mon - thursday doing classes - I like the classes because they push me alot harder than I would go on my own on the treadmill etc. I didnt go to the gym today due to ACHING muscles (O.M.G!). Eating has been 50/50... I have cooked a healthy (i think?) dinner every night this week except yesterday I met a friend for lunch and lets just say it was byebye to my kilojoule allowance for the day :( And today I had pasta for lunch (oh..no:( ) but when everyone else in the household went and bought KFC for dinner I had a homemade salad with no dressing. They had icecream for dessert I had strawberries. So hopefully I havnt done toooo much damage  Going horseriding tomorrow (my absolute favourite exercise) and I vow that even with a crazy shift at work I will take something from home to eat for dinner I will not buy dinner while I am out. Oh god I hope I have lost at least a kilo by next thursday at my weigh-in - I dont think I could cope with the shame of my coach seeing I havnt lost any :(
