DAY 1: Not feeling the best. Might not be related, but I have had a headache for the last 6 hour, had stomach cramps, i feel lousy, my lips have been a bit tingly, I feel bummed and out of energy. All I've wanted to do since 3pm is sleep, but I had to finish work first. I'm sorta feeling a bit uplifted cause I know the day is nearly over though.
As for exercise, I'll continue to do what I've always done. A combination of walking my dog, tae kwon do and weights at the gym. I work long shifts, so i don't exercise on my day shifts or my 2nd night shift, I exercise heaps in my days off though.
