Day4: An awesome day today. Easiest day to date. No headaches... a slight stomach cramp here or there. Actually starting to get rather used to it. I'm not looking at other food and salivating wishing I could be eating that instead.

Day 5: A good day today... Seemed to burp quite alot, but otherwise good. Had to go and see my Dr... He said he wants me to lose weight aggresively and wants me to start using... I think it is "Duromine". So I'm starting that tomorrow as well... This could get interesting.

Wow that is surprising to hear a Doc say to lose weight aggressively...hope he/she isn't caught up in the biggest loser mind frame. Anyway, good luck and let us now how you go. With the headaches out of the way you should get a good idea of what the Duromine does for you.

Day 6: Doing really well now. No problems. Had my shakes, took my duromine tablet. Walked my dog and hit the gym. All in a days work. And feeling really good and positive. There may be a future for me yet.

That’s excellent that you are exercising…I don’t know too much about all the calorie side of things, but I know how much effort it takes to get into exercise. “Takes his hat off to you”. Keep the excellent work up.

Day 7: Not much to really say today. Stuck to my program, drank more water, and took the family Rotti for a 30min walk. Now's time for bed. Later.
