Can't do too much with the Variety problem, it's gonna be a remaining problem I feel. What I have chosen to do is once a fortnight, I'm allowed to have for dinner whatever I want (i.e. breaking the rules of the weight loss program), but within reason. It must be reasonably healthy & I can't consume any liquid calories with the meal. It just gives me a chance to break it up, and a shorter checkpoint time.
