I have been pregnant and had started losing weight beforehand
I was 96.5kg at the birth of my son and now weigh 86kg ( 2 weeks after the birth)
I want to weigh 65 - 70kg.
This is the start of my diet and exercise regim and my son Alex will be my motivation

welcome karen. congrats on the birth of your son. remember to take care with your food intake if you are breastfeeding so you are getting enough for alex there are a couple of mums here so you should feel right at home
