It really is nice today hey, even with the wind!! I'm even wearing a skirt and walked from town to Uni and NO CHUB RUB!!! yayyyyyyy! :lol: although I did get blisters from stupidly walking in pretty shoes.

St Davids would have been nice to eat lunch in. I sat outside at uni in the sun and had lunch with friends. Very nice. But it's supposed to snow tomorrow I think :roll:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

OK. Its shitty poo head weather today.

Was raining when I walked down to work. NOT HAPPY as I just straightened my hair :(

Todays Food
Brekkie:
Oats with Honey
1/2 Glass Black Current Juice

Lunch:
Turkey Salad Sandwich

Snacks:
Apple
Banana

Exercise
40 Minute Walk in morning
40 Minutes Cardio at night

I weighed myself this morning :( was 58.7kg! ARGH!!! But I dont officially weigh in till monday, so I really have to work hard this weekend! I reckon im up 800grams because of the last few days have been SOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD...


But yesterday was good, and im gonna work hard. :)

Good on you Ella... I'm so excited about joining a gym, and a lot of it is due to you! Hehe I've decided the only way I won't talk myself out of going is if I do the classes (pilates, step, pump, etc) and they only run at certain times.

Awww! Im glad I had some influence!

Yeah I should go to classes, then I might actually work hard cause there are other people around me lol. And i cant just leave or stop in the middle of a class!

I sooooooooo wish i could do pilates!

Pleh. I hate the boyfriend at the moment.

he is just being SO unsympathetic... im having a really hard time at my job at the moment and is not supporting me at all...

I had a tiny weeny binge - 2 fantales and 2 mini red skins. And I had a milo before. Isnt that bad... I did go for a walk and im going to the gym tonight.

I dont get to see alex till sunday night. Soooo... thats a massive gap between wednesday and sunday lol.. Eh i would usually care, couldnt care less right now, im so angry and pissed off at him.

Ok...

I have had such a bad week.

I dont even want to weigh in on Monday

Estmate Weight: 58.5kg

EEK.

I had KFC tonight, and have had SOOOOOOOO many lollies this week :( :( :(

I only did 40 minutes exercise today

I ate:
Oats with Honey
Turkey Wrap for Lunch
2 Crispy Strips, Some chips+ some popcorn chicken
Various lollies and soft drink.

It was my friends 18th birthday :(
Hmmmm... Im so disapointed in myself.
I also have what feels like 'growing pains' in my legs. Its up my shins - its not shin splints - its just a constant pain. So its hard to exercise. This prob means im finally going to have my growth spurt lol. I dont want to get any taller!

Eek.
So will report the bad news on monday :(

Weigh in this morning went well.

I only put on 0.1kg, so now I am 58.0kg.

Eek. I was soooooooooooooooooooooo scared!

Luckkkkkkkkyyyyyyyy :D 100gs in the grand scheme of things is nothing- it might also be fluid retention too. Next week you'll see a loss :D

How are things with the boy going? Hope all is well babe

Things are awesome again :)

I just get overly paranoid, im pretty pessimistic. He came over last night, took me out to dinner, we had a really great night.

Ive just gotta learn to trust him. Whenever im with him its soooooooo good but when we're apart i go all crazy and paranoid lol.

I havent snacked this morning so yay!

Yesterday went according to plan! I had a muesli bar before I went to bed though.

I am just so HUNGRY lately! I dont even know if I am hungry, im just bored at work I think lol.

Todays Food

Oats with honey

Diet Mousse, Glass milo, Hot milo

Turkey salad sandwich

Apple, cup-a-soup

Leftover pasta for dinner

I have a dentist appointment at 5:30pm. So i'll go straight from work, come home around 7pm. Clean up. I'll probably have dinner at 8pm. Get an early night and go for a looooooooong walk in the morning.

I REALLY want to lose 1kg this week, it will keep me on track! I need to lose 4kg in 5 weeks! Argh!
