I've been working 9-5:30 at an advertising agency for 5 months now.

I was at Uni then I got this job so i deferred, working full time sucks!
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

OK.

last nights eating did not go so well.

Large Portion of Pasta - 1700kj
Diet Mousse (270kj)
A few lolly snakes - 200kj?
Piece of bread with peanut butter - 700kj
total: 2870kj

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!
How did I let myself eat that much :(

But today is feeling like a good day.

brekkie:
Oats with Honey

lunch:
Tofu Sushi

Snacks:
Cup-A-Soup Chicken and Corn
2 low fat milk teas with equal

Dinner:
2 Tacos with mince, lettuce and taco sauce

Exercise:
20 Minute Walk to and From Work
40 Minute Walk tonight

I didnt go on my walk this morning either :(
God i am going to put on SOOOO MUCH WEIGHT!

I still have 4kg to go, 2kg to go till I reach my mini goal. I want to lose AT LEAST 0.5kg this week.... making me 57.5kg. That would be good.

Eek.

Just gotta stick to my diet!
