that sounds like it would be great to see Jody....a lot of effort goes into creating things for the kids to do and they just love performing!!

I love it when the children put on items like that.....we have an end of year concert at our school where every class put on an item and all that participated in the instrumental program do an item as well. It is fantastic!!

Gosh Jody that sounds awful....I hope they can get to the bottom of it soon for you......I have heard of people reacting that way to certain additives in food and also artificial sweeteners.....621, 627, 631, 635 are all nasty ones as well as a long list of others!!

Take care matey..

That's not good Jody. I have no idea... haven't changed washing powders or anything like that?

I once woke up with a seriously swollen eye from a mosquito bite. :P The eyelid was like jelly and it looked like I'd been punched minus the brusing. But it was just the one, not both. Are your eyes itchy?
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

nope Ive not used anything I havent used before, basically my hands went red and swollen then my face went swollen pretty much all over, when I woke up this morning only my eyes were swollen making me look very strange, it happenened at work a few months ago but proceeded to a anaphylactic reaction the hosp has been testing me for antibiotic allergies since then thinking hat whats caused it but maybe its something else or Im allergic to a few things???

anyway Im pretty much looking normal exept my skin still feels tight

a positive I feel pretty lousy so Im not overly hungry for the first time in days!!!

you haven't been run down or sick with a cold/virus have you jody?

it's just that a month or two ago i kept getting a cold/virus again & again...i was tired etc but this last time i didn't get cold symptoms, just a sore throat & soooo tired. anyways, one evening my wrists started to swell up & then one eye got puffy, i thought it would go away overnight but when i woke up in the morning my other eye came up & then my lips started to swell. i went off to the doctor who said it was hives - was a result of being so run down & having a virus. apparently quite common?

they also moved over my body - got some itchy welts as well but they'd come & go & then move to a different part of my body.

dunno if that sort of thing fits with what you have? i had to take some pretty strong steroids for a few days.

One of the teachers at school saidtome this morning you look smaller every time I see you!! I was wrapped the scales arnt moving much but Ive had to put a belt on with my jeans to keep them up!

Im think of changing my goal to be under 70kgs as my fluctuating weight is my biggest problem Ive got to learn how to keep it steady. Ive spent the last 6months with my weight going from 74kg to about 69-70kgs. And because the bulk of my weight os on my stomach and "love handles" its quite a noticable fluctuation.

Anyway I have a little weight loss buddy at work aswell so we are going to weigh in together and keep each other away from the choccies!!

hi jody- yay for the teacher noticing!! its ufnny because even though the scales arent showing a vast improvement your clothes tell a different story. whilst i was working out today my pants kept falling down and so i ended up stripping off my pants and just wore knickers whilst working out lol. it was a sight im telling you!

glad you have a mate at work to keep you away from temptation and vice versa- i only have heidi here at home with me during the day and she constantly walks around asking for the same thing all the time ' bikkie'
