Aw thanks for sharing Jody. What a bunch of cuties. Love the Buzz Lightyear outfit. Hopefully you get through this next period OK. You sound like a wonderful mum and Ri couldn't be better supported by his family. Just hope that a cancellation comes up so you can get an appointment sooner - do they have waiting lists for cancellations?
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Thanks for the support guys, I spoke to the psyc this arvo and my appointment with her is in December! and for the 3 appointments we need for an assessment it will cost me $850 so hopefully medicare will come to the party :?
At least its better than going thru the public health system the waiting list for that is at least 12mths!!
Im wavering between sheer panic, sadness and contentment that we are getting somewhere

crazy prices hey!? and on top of that I will have to pay$100 a session with a speech therapist to help with the assessment.
But what can I do ?? its not like I can say I wont do it hes not worth it, I will pick up some extra shifts at work and we will be fine. Im just hanging out for some one to tell me he isnt autistic and the doc was wrong

Ive done a bit of retail therapy to cheer myself up :? but got some great gifts for hubby for fathers day(from the kids of coarse!) but whoops Ive just spent $150 bucks on various little gifts for hiim and then I spent $100 on my Dad...... hee hee hee oopsy daisy!
but I did get a funky new top for $10 it was marked down from $30 so I reakon that saving makes the other spending OK then

I love how us women can justify our spending like that! LOL When i go shopping and there is something marked down like that, its like i cant afford NOT to buy it! Hahaha whether i need it or not has nothing to do with it! :D

I had the family over for lunch today and did a huge roast pork with roast sweet potato, carrots, parsnip, onion and garlic with the potaoes cooked in the fat of the pork naughty naughty but oh so nice :!: & home made apple sauce & green beans. Finished off with passion fruit cheese cake and my daughters home made icecream. Needless to say the diet went out the window today but it was a enjoyable day! I love cooking for the family its bloody hard but good fun- it was funny having hubby not cooking and me cooking for family because usually he cooks everything when we have people over

Well Ive just began the enormous task of emptying out the house in preperation for the new floors, And 1 hour in and Ive used up all the boxes Ive collected  So Im going to have to make another trip to the shops to get some more. I collect so much stuff and Im not wanting to part with any of it.
I think I might wander around and take some before and after pics to show you gals what Im up to

cool cant wait to see some before and after photos jody :) we had our carpets cleaned today and even though i am a clean freak, i vacuum every second day and if something is spilt i get at it with a damp cloth and spray and wipe and apparently in some spots the water turned black when they were cleaning them LOL. it always feels fresher though when you have got your floor coverings in tip top shape :)
