well i start tonight on the way to a new me.
s.w 87kgs
g.w 60kgs

1st goal: 85kgs
2nd goal: 82kgs
3rd goal: 79kgs

my program. (for my first 4wks)
2xshakes a day
2xfruit a day
2-3lts of water
1xmeat with veg

2x 30min dvds a day
1x weights a day(leaving 2days atleast between doing each part)

to start thinking more postitive
to do one good thing for myself only each day
to weigh in once a wk
to check my measurements every 2wks (will do them tonight)

hey deb looks great, i like the part about doing something for yourself each day. i think its really important and definately something that we get sidetracked from not getting around to doing. best wishes!!

Well done deb, it really helps when you have a plan to stick to! I like how you want to start thinking positive, i think its really important not to drag yourself down! Best of luck for your week and look forward to seeing your progress.

Your plan looks good. It's great that you've made mini-goals so it doesn't daunt you throughout your weight loss journey. Good luck with it.

thanx everyone. Today went like this so far.
10min of jogging, 40 squats, 40 lunges, 60 crunches,
2lts of water,2x shakes, 1x meat with vegies
(and some chocolate squares arrr grrr not in my plan)
still to come: do a dvd work-out and drink some more water.
