Just a little note to keep me going.
I started out last week at 70kgs and this week am down to 66.5
Still a long way to go.
I am keeping my calorie intake to 1200 per day and find most days I'm coming just under, so this makes me feel good. I do notice the occasional hunger pains so I distract myself by going through my calorie counter and working out the next days menu.
Drinking lots of water is great, especially as I have staghorn kidney stones ( don't worry they don't hurt, they're too big to move) and need to keep my kidneys flushed.
My clothes are no looser than before but I think thats because I'm just wearing loose baggy stuff anyway. I'm not game to get the old jeans out just yet.
Tomorrow I'm going to take some body measurements so that I'll have something to compare too later on.
I've also decided that once I've got used to the new healthier eating routine, I'll have yet another attempt at quitting smoking.
