Sounds like you had a great time with Kayla at the movies, well done for resisting KFC and going with Subway! Think of the popcorn as a treat, and you did well not to just go "well I've buggered it now, might as well have the KFC"!

Have fun on grand final weekend :D Will take a look at your pics now, am looking forward to it! :)

Just i quicky here ppls. The weather here again sucks big time we have had 100 km winds, rain and hail .
Have been feeling really blegh the last week so i went back to the docs and found out i now have tonsilitis grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Lately its been one after the other . I am on another set of antibiotics . The up side is i am only allowed 3 drinks max tomorrow so thats good

sorry you're sick again! The weather is pretty shite today hey!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
