WEEK 1

DAY 1 ~ Monday 27th August 2007


FEELINGS:
Well I woke up this morning in a really positive mood, which it has lastest during the day. I think I did ok so I am feeling great tonight. I may not have done as good as I wanted in the drink department but hey I did alot better then I usually would.


FOOD AND THOUGHTS:
Breakfast - 2 pieces of raison toast

Morning Tea- musli bar

Lunch- 3 spoon fulls of stir fry and 6 vita weets with ham chesse and tomato

afternoon tea- slice of chesse

dinner - chilli con carn

EXCERISE:
15 of excerises such as sit ups, squats, punches etc

WATER AND DRINK INTAKE:
1.5 liters, glass of coke, frozen coke from macers (very happy I didnt get a meal) and a cup of tea. Too much sugar I know.

Day 3


Well I seem to be going well, except I keep drinking Milo and yeah thats fine but how much milo I put on top isnt :shock: Lets say its HEAPS

I am beating cravings and today didnt have chips and hamburgers with the girls at work and I had my toasted sandwhich intead.

I am feeling so fat at the moment. I am at the biggest I have ever been. And I am feeling so bad for not excerising today, but I am getting sick again so I thought I would have today off.

So far today this is how I have gone.

breakfast: 2 pieces raison toast

Lunch: chesse and tomato toasted sandwhich and a few sppon fuls of mash potato with the kids.

afternoon tea: 3 ww crukits and a milo

dinner: stir fry

Water: 1.5 liters

hey jez are you a child care worker?

good on you for having the toasted sanga, i bet you feel better for it. how many teaspoons of milo are you having? i have 3 teaspoons for my breakie with a glass of cold milk. gotta love milo! if i have ice cream i tend to put a teaspoon of milo on it as well

Yep I am a childcare worker, those bloody lunched kill you... :evil:

Milo, well about 5 table spoons to be honest> i feed my face as I am making it :shock:

Oh I forgot to write. Hubby just got home and we went for a walk/ jog for about 20 - 25 min then came home and I did sit ups..

hehe thats why its best to work in centres where the kids have to take thier own lunches hehe. i am diploma trained but a stay at home mum at the moment

Lucky thing. I am looking for a different centre at the moment. Hopefully will find something soon..

Ex child carer here, i used to have my lunch, then some of the kids, and their morning/arvo tea too, i used to eat all day there! But working with kids there is plenty of opportunity of exercise! :D

I know what you mean about milo, im the same, when i have one, its in tablespoons too, one for the cup, one for me, one for the cup..... im not allowed milo anymore.... Have you tried jarrah hot choc?? Yummy, low cals and very chocolatey!

i'm banned from milo as well. i think i have more milo than milk in the glass :oops:

it's great to have an exercise buddy, isn't it :)

Day 4 ~ 30/8/07

Well I had one milo today and only a few tea spoons, so thats my achievement today

Over all I think I did good. Although i didnt have any fruit. there was none at work lol.

I weigh in tommorrow so that should be intersting. Looking foward to it although if its not less then half a kilo I will be alittle upset. I will put that down to the milo because everything else I did was good.

I didnt exceirse today because my ancle is playing up again and I twisted it again.

lunch: stir fry and I had a scoop of soup with the kids

afternoon tea: a milo and was hungry when i got home so had a chicken and corn roll :roll:

dinner: left over stir fry

water: 1.5 liters

YAY YAY YAY I lost 1 kilo. I am so excited.

Today I feel so much better and now I have motivation to finally loss it. 1 kilo gone now just have to keep up the good work.

Today I had an ok eating day.OK well not the best but yeah wasnt to bad I guess, let me know what u think

breakfast: nothing just a cup of tea, I wasnt hungry at all

Lunch: foot long subway and 2 cookies :oops: and plus a tiny piece of lasagne

Dinner: I wont be having dinner, I usually dont when I eat subway because I am always so full

Water: by the end of the day will be 1.5 liters

excerise: 25 min of sit ups etc. Nothing to physical as my ancle is still sore.

What do you think????
