Day 6 ~ 1/9/07

Today isnt a great day, and now I am feeling pretty upset abit, and hoping todays effort isnt going to effect Fridays weigh in. So my plan for the rest of the week is to eat really well and do alot of excerise

Its funny how a day off bad eating can make you feel like crap hey.

Were going to the drive ins tonight so I am writing this now so I dont forget when I get home

breakfast:

Morning Tea: chocolate and toobs at shopping :roll:

Lunch: salad and ham on turkish bread

Afternoon tea: light coffee milk

dinner: pizza

Water: only about a liter
:roll:

Excerise: 20 min sit ups weights etc


:roll: :? :( Not happy today at all

hey jez we all have off eating days. im sure once weigh in day comes it wont make too much of a difference. keep drinking that water so that you are flushing your system :)

And I weighed myself this morning and weighed the same :) so I am happy again today lol

Day 7 ~ 2/9/07

Well today I titally blew it, I went out for lunch for fathres day to my relatives house. I ate

a few jatz, and a few doritos

but for lunch I had a saouasge on a role, pasta baked, a kebab stick, salad and a piece of mudcake and 2 snow ball things.

I feel so fat and full. I feel so discustered in myself :?
I am drinking heaps of water tonight :? I really feel so down..

I went for a walk this morning and then danced a little and did some sit ups. If I stop feeling so full I will ride the excerise bike as well later :oops:

Day 8 ~ 3/9/07


Today I did ok, not feeling to bad about it, but to be hinest weighing in on friday is freaking me out because of what I ate on the weekend.

breakfast: english muffin

moring tea: piece of cake and alittle bit more

Lunch: salad and ham turkish bread

afternoon tea: 3 saos
and a apple

dinner: 2 corn cobs, ww wedges and some chicken

water : 1.5 liters

excerise : 20 min of sit ups etc

Day 8 ~ 4/9/07

Well today I gave in and had hot chips for lunch. I wasnt feeling well and when I dont feel well I tend to eat fatty food. it must cheer me up or something.

Today I feel I did ok, only because I weighed myself tonight and I was 86.4kg. Thats half a kilo less then I was on Friday. So lets hope all the damage I have eaten this week wont make it go up

Today I ate

breakfast: weetbix

morning tea- musli bar

Lunch : chips

Afternoon tea: nothing was still full

Dinner: not to sure if I will eat I am still full and about to go play netball

Excerise: netball

Water : 1,5 liters

day 9 ~ 5/9/07

something must be wrong with my scales because I got on this morning and I was 85kg. That a 2 kilo loss this week and I dont weigh in till Friday. HMMMM I wonder if that possible seeming I have had a few munchies this week

Today I seemed to do ok. I was so proud of myself, I turned down hungry jacks for lunch and then hot chips as well :D

Today I ate

breakfast: 2 pieces of toast
Morning tea: 2 milk aroroots
Lunch: tomato on saladas
afternoon tea: milk aroorts and an apple
dinner: steak and tomato, potato and onion mix

Water :1.5 liters

Excerise: was lazy today and in a foul mood

The days isnt over yet but I thought I would report in now rather then get on tonght.

I think I have been going really well, I have lost 3.2kg in the past 3 weeks, and my attitude has totally changed about food. Which is great and I hope it stays that way.

Last night we went out for dinner, we got our usual sea foos basket and the prawn cutlets which I adore tasted so oily so I gave it to hubby, normally I would scoff it down no problems. Plus I stopped when I felt full, again I would keep keeping until it was all gone. I was pretty proud of myself for walking away when I thought I should and I didnt have that little voice in my head saying its ok you can start again tommorrow :D :D :D

I was alittle bad yesterday though all I ate was chicken chippes from red lea and the sea food, but i walked around the shops for hours yesterday shopping.

Today I have had a salad and ham lebanese wrap and have boritos for dinner. I am promising myself only to have 2 though. I hope I can stop there and not have 3.

I did a fair bit of excerise today, well for me I did anyway. I walked and jogged a little bit for about 20-05 min with the dog and hubby, came home rode the excerise bike for about 10 min then did some sit ups.

I am so impressed with myself, I have realised this is all a learning curve and its ok to stuff up once in a while. 8)

i think you have a great attitude jez - you're so right about it being a learning curve! it's so rewarding when you notice a change in your attitude about food/eating though, isn't it?

congrats on the loss this week & over the last few weeks :)

It is, Theres a few things going on in my life at the moment and its helping me stay positive so its great
