The days isnt over yet but I thought I would report in now rather then get on tonght.
I think I have been going really well, I have lost 3.2kg in the past 3 weeks, and my attitude has totally changed about food. Which is great and I hope it stays that way.
Last night we went out for dinner, we got our usual sea foos basket and the prawn cutlets which I adore tasted so oily so I gave it to hubby, normally I would scoff it down no problems. Plus I stopped when I felt full, again I would keep keeping until it was all gone. I was pretty proud of myself for walking away when I thought I should and I didnt have that little voice in my head saying its ok you can start again tommorrow
I was alittle bad yesterday though all I ate was chicken chippes from red lea and the sea food, but i walked around the shops for hours yesterday shopping.
Today I have had a salad and ham lebanese wrap and have boritos for dinner. I am promising myself only to have 2 though. I hope I can stop there and not have 3.
I did a fair bit of excerise today, well for me I did anyway. I walked and jogged a little bit for about 20-05 min with the dog and hubby, came home rode the excerise bike for about 10 min then did some sit ups.
I am so impressed with myself, I have realised this is all a learning curve and its ok to stuff up once in a while.
