Thanks for the heads up, yeah I broke down and had my cup yesterday, guess what I have one in front of me now as I type, can't do headaches they turn into migraines, hey it's only one. (((whisper))) only one with 3 tsp. sugar and 3 tsp. creamer. lol
Thanks for the comment on my pic yeah I said I am taking this all the way even if I don't get down to 56, 60 will suit me just fine, well anything then where I am will suit me just fine as long as its not going up.

1 hour on the tready, my stomach muscles hurt when I do it, I think it's from holding my stomach up so I let go and it still hurts. I never knew I had any muscles in MY stomach lol. It's all good though.
I hope this stays off, even if it is all water. Yup I am drinking water too.
