well its now tomorrow :P and i am 83.6kgs :) YAY

Not long till 80 now!

And i have lost weight even when i didnt workout the past two weeks. I always thought you had to do both to lose weight, but me eating well has done something :p even though i know its best to do both hehe, but sickness can sometimes get in the way :P

I ate lunch today, even though i didnt feel like it, but i ate it cos its better for me to eat, even though i am sick.

can't wait to work out again :)

sorry just wanted to jump in and say that you shouldnt be praised for your loss rach because its from being sick. all i can suggest is to take care of yourself and get better instead of concentrating on what the scales are saying. remember to lose weight in a healthy way to make the most of your new healthy lifestyle.

If Rach ate well then there's every chance that she lost weight because of that and not solely because she was sick. She should be congratulated on not completely giving up because she couldn't exercise from being sick.

I have been eating right the whole time. I have only missed 1 meal due to being sick, other than that i have done all the things i normally do, food wise.

It’s fantastic that you ate healthily while sicky and didn't use it as an excuse to revert to old habits.

you just concentrate on getting better - all the healthy food will help with that though - more vitarils and minimums
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Hope you're feeling better soon. It's great that you made good decisions while you're feeling sick as that's a time people often turn to comfort food. Well done :D

WARNING! Crazy mental angry chick on the loose.

That's right! I am angry! Angry about everything. I am at work at the moment and everything anyone asks me to do makes me mad. The ph rings, i get mad, another order is put through, i get mad.

I had to go for a drive to get some paper, i got so mad i wanted to cry and nearly did in the car. I missed the entrance to the paper place 2 times in a row and had to drive around in circles like crazy. I asked a chick in the shop to help me and she only pointed me to where the paper was. I didnt know which i needed. RUDE!!!! I wanted to punch her!!! (i have never punched someone in my life - so no real threat)

I am also moody as in i could at any moment start a waterfall of tears!!!!

I am not as sick anymore, thanks for asking guys. Although last night i pretty much vomitted twice from coughing too hard. Crap...yes!

I am sll stuffy today, my nose and head and my belly feels sick.

I WANT CHOCOLATE AND BAD FATTY FOODS!!!!!! I WANT IT ALL!!!!

(but i am quite sure i just had my tom......)
