lunch: lamb and veg meal -1569kj/6.5pts done
dinner: fish and 2 bread- 1931/7p
dessert: hmmm not sure
exercise done and to come-
7 mins on mini tramp befor doing 'All over tone'
4 x 5mins on my mini tramp
5 x 20 push-ups
5 x 40 crunches
5 x 10 lunges
5 x 20 squats
4 x 5mins of jogging around the house
clean house. will post start measurements and weight in the morning
yep thank u sooo much, i went to search under yahoo the wendie plan and found another forum which had already written out the points for each day of the wk . So all i had to do was to find my points and write down what they had worked out. And so starts me today. Thanx again.
Well i started the 12wk challenge again on sept 17th.
Weighed in on monday at a loss of .5kgs not much but better than being the same grrr. So far on my measurements ive lost
arm: 33- 33 = 0cm
chest: 104- 102 = -2cm
waist: 90- 88 = -2cm
abs: 114- 108 = -6cm
hips: 106- 103 = -3cm
thigh: 63- 60 = -3cm
calf: 38- 38 = 0
= 16cm lost
s.w 87.5kgs c.w 87kgs = -.5kg
Well its back to mainly watching the cm's fall off as i think the kgs dont want to come down in there numbers grrr but o well hehe.
