i did it for about a wk but cutting back on so much and having 2 shakes a day was to much for me. Im taking Scuplt shakes now where i can eat whatever through the day nothing is cut back. Im finging it really good. I either have it as a shake, im my cereal and yet to try it in yoghurt. Id perfer to not have to cut back on things. There is a couple of people about to try it in the next wk. Hopefully u might find someone around who can stick with it. Goodluck with u if your gonna try it.

Ok thanks for the tips! Not sure how strong willed I am, but I'm thinking about giving it a go. :)

Hey dont give up!!!

It sounds to me like your feeling pretty down at the moment. Has something happened to make you turn to food? Weightloss can be really frustrating at times because you feel like your not getting anywhere, when in fact you are. You said yourself you are losing cms, thats proof its all heading in the right direction!

I hope you are feeling better about it all soon, things are happening, you just gotta wait abit to be able to see the results of the hard work. I hope you can find a way to get back on track.
