This is officially my "4kg to go Diary"!
The title comes from the TV show "The Mighty Boosh". I recomend it to all!
Current Weight: 58kg
Goal Weight: 54kg
Goal Weight Loss Per Week: 0.5-1.0kg
Mini Goal #1: 56.0kg (get shoes off laybuy
Weight Loss Goal Date: 7 October
Thats 5 weeks to lose 4kg... not sure how realistic that is
Weight Loss Strategy
I MUST DO: 5x40 Minute Walks Per Week
I MUST DO: 3xWeight Training Per Week
I MUST DO: 4xGym Sessions Per Week 40-60 Minutes
I MUST NOT: Go over 1600 calories a day
I MUST: Eat oatmeal every day for brekkie
I MUST NOT: Snack at work on lollies
I MUST: Eat 2 servings of fruit per day
I MUST: Eat 5 servings of vegies per day
I MUST: Eat 4 Dinners consisting of steamed food only
I MUST NOT: Ever use oil, butter, fatty condiments or dressings
Reward for Reaching Goal:
Shopping Spree! Hopefully size 8's!
AND a spray on fake tan, pedicure and manicure
Reward for staying at maitenance level for 2 months:
Hair cut and styled!
I have been bad lately, I have been snacking heaps at night and through the day, and I felt like I am not in control. I also have slacked off with my exercise. I am at a pivotal half way point, and I want to push through this.
