Day 2 Of New Lifestyle :D

Brekkie: 1/2 Cup Oats, 1/3 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Water, Tbsp Honey
Lunch: 2 Beef Tacos
Dinner: Subway 6 Inch Chicken Teryaki
Snacks: 1 banana
Food Rating for Today: 8/10
The tacos are a bit too high in calories, but were yummy and that dinner was my treat for the week. Everything else went pretty good!

Exercise: 20 Minute Walk to and from work, 20 Minutes Weights Circuit
Exercise Rating for Today: 6/10 I did not do 60 minutes exercise but did my weights so good :)

Emotions: I have been feeling good today! The weather has a serious impact on my mood cause I was feeling great today! Me and the boy are going really good!
Happy Rating for Today: 10/10
Today has been perfect! I have been super busy at work (got about 20 reviews to write!)!

Now im gonna go home and clean up the house before my parents get home!

Day 3 of New Lifestyle

I had a roast chicken sub, no cheese, a little bit of sweet chilli sauce!

And for a treat I had a kit kat... I needed to up my kilojoules, and I hadnt had chocolate in soooooooooo long! It was good.

My mum and dad came back from cairns last night, she brought me back 2 dresses and a pair of shorts. They're so cool! Except the dress is a too big around the waist so I have to wear a belt, but looks nice!

AND GUESS WHAT!
Im hurting from my weights routine! Alex tells me this is a good sign! I am going to go 3 days a week because you should have 48 hours to recover in between sessions.
So I will go Tuesday, Thursday and Sat/Sun. Woot! And i'll aim for 4 cardio sessions as well.

Im going to get a good sports bra today as well. I should already have one.

I will post food laters!

Day 3

Brekkie: 1/2 Cup Oats, 1/3 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Water, Tbsp Honey
Lunch: Beef 2 Minute Noodles
Dinner: TBA
Snacks: Muesli Bar, Cup-A-Soup, Milo
Food Rating for Today: 7/10
I could have had something more nutritous than 2 minute noodles! But I didnt have anything else to take! Not sure what im having for dinner tonight... whatever mum cooks I suppose

Exercise: 20 Minute Walk to and from work, 60 minutes cardio at gym.
Exercise Rating for Today: 10/10 if all goes to plan! I would have done 60 minutes intense cardio and 20 minutes light exercise woot!

Emotions: Today has been a good good day! I walked into town at lunch and bough a new sports bra (my first haha), some uncle tobys yoghurt top muesli bars, a belt to hold up this dress I got! I also got money out for petrol... gah I hate petrol!
Not seeing Alex till Sunday, so will give me a chance to exercise and yes! I think i'll have to wait until I get to 56.0kg to see a real change in my figure, even though my clothes are a bit too big you cant really notice a huge difference.
Happy Rating for Today: 9/10! Its a Friday woooooooot! I love Fridays!

I also have extended my goal weight date.

I think 7 October is too soon (1 month to lose 4-5kg). So I have pushed it back to 30 October - The cocktail party my work is hosting! About 60 people are going, ALL of the media. So will be SOOOOOOO much fun, free drinks too! I would love to fit into a size 8 dress, and i'll buy something really nice for it.

This week has been going good. I have increased my daily calories to 1500, but I doubt Ill ever eat that much. Thats 750 calories off my BMR, so I should still be losing 1kg a week.. My metabolism will start getting better once I see results from my weights routines. Im gonna get all toned and fit! :D

Still doesnt seem enough! The weights are only 30 minute sessions and in my lunch hour so i kinda forget im doing them lol.

I wanna start doing classes! What ones do you recomend madz?

Ok Im starting to feel sick...

Sore neck, headache, aches and pains... god I hope I am not getting the flu! See how I feel when I get home, I hate exercising when im sick.

If I still feel ill I will have dinner, see if I feel better and decide if I go to the gym or not.

I really recommend fitball classes (on those big swiss balls), and also step class is a lot of fun. There's a class I'm going to at the moment called Tri Class and it's bike, running, step & weights all in one hour. I was sweating like anything, but it really works :D I want to do Pilates for overall tone when uni's over (it clashes with one of my lectures), apparently the instructor is so good, that people follow her from gym to gym and take her classes even if they're not a member of that particular gym. I'm going to a Body Shape class tomorrow morning, I'll let you know if it's any good :-)

Day 4

Brekkie: Gluten Free Cocoa pops with milk. 2 cookies
Lunch: 2 sausage rolls with sauce and a pepsi max
Dinner: TBA
Snacks: small bowl of chips

Yes very bad day today. Wouldnt be too bad calorie wise but SAUSAGE ROLLS??? argh!

Exercise: 25 Minutes cardio at gym, weights routine, walking round shopping, 1 hour walk later..
Exercise Rating for Today: 6/10 - i only did 25 minutes cardio, that was pretty poor.

Emotions: Today has been fun! It was really nice weather so I wore shorts shopping hehe. Me and my friend got lunch and ate it in the sun at the park. Was soooo sunny! She got 2 massive pies from banjos hehe! Now ive come home... and im gonna go for a walk soon.

Last night for dinner I had mongolian beef, honey chicken and noodles EEEK!!!!!
But thats basiclly all I had all night so wasnt too bad.

Alex's friend nearly crashed his car and killed 4 passengers, so at 12am I went and picked up his friends and drove them home. I also had to take a drunken Alex back with me lol, was funny.

I am basically broke (I get paid monthly, I get paid friday), so hopefully Ill have enough to buy everything.. Its basically 1350-1400 calories a day, eating every 3 hours.

3-4 Weights Sessions
4 Morning Walks
4-5 Cardio Sessions
(try to do 1 class if I have the time)

I sneeked a peek at the scales this morning, Im still at 58kg. I am however at the end of my pill packet and I retain water at this time, so hopefully I have lost a little bit of weight... I cant weigh in tomorrow cause i'll be at Alex's, so I'll weigh in on Tuesday.

I didnt mean he killed 5 passengers, he endangered there lives.. that sounded bad

Ok yesterday DID NOT GO WELL!

Actually, really it was only last night.

Yesterday I went on a 1 hour walk, and a 40 minute walk later.

I ate Oats for brekkie, 1 piece toast with spaghetti, a few savoys, a freddo and a diet coke (throughout the day).

THEN FOR DINNER

2 cut up pieces rocky road
1 cream biscuit
1 slice cheesecake
Piece of chicken

ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

What the heck is wrong with me?

I weighed myself at alex's this morning, 56.5kg. His scales must be wrong lol.

I have my official weigh in tomorrow, I would be happy if I weighed the same....

Monday 10 September

brekkie: 1/2 Cup Oats 1/3 Cup Milk 1 Cup Water, Honey

Snacks: Banana, Tuna and bread, Splitz Ice Cream

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich

Dinner: Eek! Not sure yet. I have some chicken I can cook... and some vegies maybe

Exercise:
30 Minutes Weights At Lunch
20 Minute Walk to and from work
40-60 Minutes Cardio OR a class

I would like to be 57.5kg by 17 September.
