God I am SOOOOOOOOOO HUNGRY!!!!!!

I dont eat my tuna on bread until 4pm, and I have the biggest urge to go make a big milo or eat a muesli bar from my drawer!

Only 45 minutes to go...

Yep, sure. Ok exercise recs: I'll rank the classes I've been to this week out of 10

Tri Class- 7/10 a little too much chopping and changing, but it was a great workout (bike, step, skip, run, weights) I'll be better when I learn what's happening (was only my first week)
Fitball- 6/10 great for tummy and thighs, but probably a bit slow paced for my liking
Step Class- 8/10 great work out, was sweating all over when I finished, but you have to really be on the ball to learn the steps fast... it's quite complicated

Tomorrow I will be going to a Tummy, Hips & Thighs class, so I'll be able to rank that too... and in a few weeks when uni finishes, I'll go to Thursday morning Pilates :D Can't wait!

wow you have a lot of classes...

I dont think we have that much selection... and most classes are in work hours. I think I have a choice of aerobics, step, cross trainer, spin class and body combat.

God I had a bad night last night

Dinner: Savoury Mince, 2 Cobbs of Corn
THEN
About 20 Jaffas
Raspberry Split (ice cream, 360 kj)
3 Bikkies
Small bowl of sour cream and chilli chips

God I am hopeless. Jumped on the scales and it said 58.3kg. What the heck? I want it so bad yet I still eat all this crap.

Brekkie:
Oats with Honey

Lunch:
Tuna and Cheese Toastie

Snacks:
Diet White Choc Mousse
Apple
Banana

Dinner:
TBA. HAS to be healthy

Exercise:
30 Minutes Cardio at Lunch
Gym tonight if I am not going to Alex's.

Eesh. I suck :(

My tuna and cheese toastie was soooooooooooo yummy!

I had 3 cadbury roses choccies as well, they were giving them out at work :oops:

Going to Alex's tonight, so wont be able to go to the gym. But we should be having something healthy for dinner so thats good.

Class 4- Tummy, hips & thighs class- I have never sweat so much in my entire life. The woman is a boot camp instructor hehe

LAST NIGHT:
150 grams chicken
A few scoops of potato and gravy
Corn Cob
Piece of broccoli

and

A raspberry split ice cream

So last night went OK. I could have done without the potato and gravy lol.

Wednesday 12 September

Brekkie: Wheat Free Cocoa Pops (40grams), 1/2 Cup low fat milk
Snack: Milo with light milk, banana, apple, diet white choc mousse
Lunch: Tuna and Cheese toastie
Dinner: 100grams chicken, cob of corn

Exercise:
Weights Routine at Gym (3 Sets) on machines
4 x 15 Crunches
4 x 15 Captains Chair Leg Ups
3 sets of free weights
20 Minute Walk to and from work
40 Minutes Cardio at gym

I have so much stuff to do today at work, im gonna get right into it at 9am!

Done my weights routine!
Eaten Brekkie, Lunch, Milk with Milo. Will have my light mousse at 4:30pm and my apple before I go to the gym.

I think I might have a toasted tuna sandwich every day, its so easy, and tuna is sooooooooo easy I can just buy it and it wont go off! I am going to buy some Coles Cheese Slices, they are the lowest in calories. And use 1 21gram slice. before I wanted to lose weight I would put butter on the outside, and butter or BBQ sauce on the inside! naughty!

Also, I have frozen soem 100gram lots of chicken, so I can just defrost it and I will know how many calories it will have in it. I am really into corn cobbs lately....

SO EXERCISE TONIGHT:
20 Minutes on Cross Trainer
20 Minutes on Bike
MAYBE 20 Minutes on Treadmill

If I am hungry after dinner I will have a raspberry split ice cream, only 390 kj!

Woot! So I changed my ticker. I'll have another weigh in on Saturday.

Dinner: Subway Roast Chicken Roll

Exercise:
50 Minute Walk in morning

Seeing Alex tonight so wont get a chance to exercise, might drag him out of bed for a morning walk on Friday though.

Had 5 cookies last night :shock: then purged.
Not good :(

Its my friends birthday tomorrow, so we're going out to town on Saturday night. Im not sure what I can drink that is low calorie... prob just diet coke and a spirit? So im gonna have a hangover on Sunday lol, but i'll still go to the gym! I hope this doesnt affect my weigh in on Monday.
