Congrats on the loss, Ella! You must be thrilled! :D I haven't weighed in properly since last wednesday, but I think I'll wait it out another week just to make sure I've lost something...

I just want to keep it off till Monday I think! Its great to be under 58kg! Since i was there for so long!

With all the exercise you've been doing im sure you'll get a great result!

I went and tried on clothes today.

I went to myer, tried on a size 10 lee jeans, couldnt do the button up!

I went to Jeans west and the 8 fit perfectly!

Dont you hate this! My legs looked horrible though so it didnt matter, no way am I buying clothes until I get slim lol.

eugh last night was horrible!

I had a subway 6 ich steak sub for dinner.

Then we went and got ice cream and ice magic! And I had a bowl of that, with about 15 m'n'ms!

But it was yummy, and I havent had that in months! And I was pretty good yesterday, so im not feeling too bad about it.

Brekkie: 1/3 Cup Oats, 1/3 Cup Light Milk, 1/3 Cup Water, 3 tsp honey

Lunch: Sweet Chilli Tuna and Cheese Toasted Sandwich w/ diet coke

Snacks: Apple, 1/2 Muesli Bar, Dipping Bread Toasted with PB (if im hungry later)

Dinner: I'll either take last nights dinner to Alexs, or have something small at his house.

Exercise:
30 Minutes Weights Circuit (Machines, Free Weights, Ab Exercises)
20 Minutes Eliptical Trainer
20 Minutes Bike

TODAY!
Wooo hooo its Friday!
Got a few things to do at work today, will get right into them at 9am. I have to get petrol... a magazine for the gym... and thats it for today! Tomorrow I am going shopping with some friends, might get something to wear tomorrow night, although my friend is lending me her dress (we're about the same size, but it was tight aruond the waist on her, hopefully it fits) and then might go see the footy grand final in North Hobart.

I have saved $4,408! This is BIG for me! I have been saving for about 4-5 months now, saving up for a house :D

I have a feeling I wont have gone down from 57.6kg on Monday, I am having a bad weekend (drinking ARGHHHH!!!) so not sure... will have to keep up my exercise!

ice magic is yummy! i had the biggest bowl of icecream with loads of ice magic & i haven't had it since tho :oops:

hopefully all that exercise will pay off for you on the scales on monday :)

Ice magic is awesome! It was choc-honeycomb ice magic with plain vanilal (was 98% fat free, low GI, 260kj per scoop). There is still some at home.... eek!

well i have one of those award saver accounts at commonwealth bank, and you get bonus interest if you dont withdrawel for a month, I might keep it in there for a while cause you have to have like $10,000 to put in a higher interest account. Not sure about shares lol, I really dont know anything about that lol!

its like 9:30am and im SOOOOOOOOOOO hungry!

I have a few accounts at a few different banks, but my commonwealth one is a netbank saver. 6.25% interest, not bad! (compounded daily)

Kate if you dont make withdrawels you'll get more interest! I got $9 last month lol!
