eek 14% body fat.

Maybe you should concentrate on getting fitter rather than losing weight, cause at 14% body fat you shouldnt lose any more.

I guess I'm not really trying to lose weight as I am trying to lose fat. I want to lose 2% of the fat and get down to 12%. Currently, at this moment, I weigh in at 50.5kg 14.2% body fat. 7.171kg of fat. To lose the 2% I need to lose 1.11kg of fat. Since losing 1.11kg is quite serious at my current weight, I want to be able to gain .511kg of muscle maybe more. I also want to lose a little bit of weight because everytime I go to england, I gain weight from not exercising and eating too much. I am aiming to be fitter though.

I have a size 6 shirt I would like to fit into again. I remember when I was 48kg, I needed to buy a collared shirt to wear to kapooka and was dismayed that I couldn't find any clothes small enough to fit me...then I went into this asian store and found a size 6 (Also Labelled M...Medium, perhaps?) that was a perfect fit...now when I put it on, I'm afraid to button it just incase they pop off...

I ate so much today. Half a turksih bread for breakfast, a huge banana (As big as my foot, no kidding) and a peanut butter, jalapeno and lettuce sandwich for lunch followed by a mug of hot chocolate. It's that time again. All I want to do is sit at home, be anti social and eat.

blah, I thought about buying a bikini the other day since I'm so close to my goal weight..I don't quite feel up to it now.

I see people who wear bikinis...my body is nothing like theirs. I'm flat chested, have a round stomach, large, upper arms (from doing weights and push ups and stuff), not much of a waist, not curvy at all, my legs are short and not very shapely, my back is full of pimple scars and looks horrible...

I think I'll stay in my one piece

Hey Madeline, I don't know my height in feet, but I'm 162cm. I'm pretty short.

I feel better, studying always calms me down. Now I have a report to write for physics due in tomorrow. I'm giving myself 3 hours and no more. I weighed myself this morning and I'm back down to 50.9 at 14.7%. I really should be more consistent and weigh myself when I'm not wearing heaps of clothing.

Had 3 slices of toast with butter, marmalade and vegemite for breakfast, a small bowl of spicy noodles (leftovers) for lunch and an apple. Having fish and salad for dinner tonight, hopefully going for a run.

tomorrow, I'm parading. I'll take my PT gear and go running with the boys before 7:30. Hopefully we'll do more PT.

So far, so good, 2 slices of toast for breakfast, 1 peanut butter and honey sandwich for lunch and a massive banana for after noon tea.

I don't know what I'll have for dinner tonight. Maybe I should just make another sandwich

Note: I may be allergic to peanuts, after eating my peanut butter sandwich, my face started getting really itchy. Must make appointment to see doctor and get an allergy test done.

Weighed myself this morning, was 50.1kg, however, weighed myself just now, 50.4kg. I'll go with 50.4. Got down to 14.5% body fat! wooo! I think those scales are highly inaccurate.

Haven't gone for a run yet. I will after I finish my homework..if I have time.

You should only ever weigh yourself in the morning, on an empty stomach before breakfast.

Your body weight can fluctuate 2kg a day, so its best to take it at the same time every day.

Ow Ow Ow...I just ate too much ><

I thought I was thirsty, so I drank a 600ml bottle of water, sat down, and 15 minutes later, I was starving so I made an omelette from 3 teeny tiny little eggs, added some milk, ate that, didn't feel satisfied and had a piece of toast. I was feeling fine until I drank a big glass of water and now my stomach hurts. Ah well, this food has to last me til tomorrow.

Hope you feel better soon! Being sick sucks...

By the way, how do you measure your body fat?

I have those scales at home that sends electric shocks through your body to measure how much of it conducts and how much of it doesn't.

Truth is, I think they're rather dubious. They have several settings for different people. My boyfriend's is set for his height, and when I used his setting, my fat percentage reads "ERR". I reckon if I were to get a real body fat analysis done by a professional, it'll be closer to 15 - 16%

Yeah I have a set of body fat scales too, the brand is "Propert" I think...

When I weighed in last my muscle % went up, my fat % went down, and my water % went up. I think thats basically impossible so I dont trust them 100%.. but they're a good indicator.

You should measure body fat at night by the way, its more accurate then.
