Well it all seems kind of overwhelming and I am glad I have this forum where I can be honest about my progress so here are some truths:
I almost NEVER eat breakfast
I eat wayyyy to much takeaway
I cannot ignore chocolate in the fridge (and it's always there, my husband is addicted)
I can't be bothered with exercise
I am terrified of what I have become
I think to start off I am going to spend the next week focusing on eating breakfast and taking my dog for walks.
