try cordial and progressively weaken the mix, or put a slice of lemon or orange in a glass?
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Have a glass before each meal. You won't eat as much - and then you get your water out of the way. Don't worry... It gets easier!

Best of luck!

If you're a fan of bottle water I suggest "Spring Valley Twist", it's 600mL springwater with lemon and lime squeezed in (it's my drink of choice at uni).

If you're at home, squeeze some citrus fruit into your glass... or you could always get low joule cordial (dilute it heavily, and enjoy!)
