Hey not to worry, it gets easier, trust me! You're doing well already
I, too, am a bordom eater. I have mental issues that prevent me from being able to handle study or work without having breakdowns and blah.. too negative to think about. but the point anyway is that it means there is VERY little for me to do so I'm often bored out of my mind. Took me ages to get past the whole wandering in and out of the kitchen looking for food thing, but it's pretty much under control now
As you go along your journey you'll develop little habits that help!
