Saturday and Sunday - ARGHHHHHHH!!
Ok. Weekends are BAAAD!!!
I did weigh myself yesterday though - 57.7kg
Breakfast: Muesli with Yoghurt and Milk
Snacks: Muesli Bar, Chocolate, Ice Cream
Lunch: 1/2 Plate curry + 1/2 naan bread
Dinner: 2 Sausages with Onion
Breakfast: Muesli with Milk
Snacks: Le Rice, Ice Cream
Lunch: Steak Subway
Dinner: God i hope I can have something healthy
So yeah... bad weekend.
Exercise: 30 Minutes Cardio today, weights routine.
Last night we went out, I consumed vodka and lemonade mostly. Had a censored night and at 11:30pm I caught a cab out to Alex's and stayed the night.
Im pretty sure I have put on weight this weekend, im not going to beat myself up over this though, cause these kinda things shock your system and keeps your metabolism going.
Next week will be better. Im not going to weigh in until next Monday - 25 September. Goal weight: 57.0kg
Food for Next Week
1/3 Cup Oats with 1/3 Cup Light Milk, 1/3 Cup Water + Honey
2 Slices Wholemeal Bread (470kj), Tuna (430kj) and slice Cheese (200kj)
Banana, Le Rice or Other Dairy Snack

Exercise: 3 Weight Sessions a week, 4 x 60 Minute Cardio Sessions.
