3 Weeks to go until 7 October - My 19th Birthday.

My Aim: To lose 3kg by 7 October
Goal Weight: 55kg
Weight Loss Per Week: 1.0kg

I know I can do it!

Diet Plan

I will eat the same breakfast and lunch EVERY DAY! If I know what I am eating every day I will be less likely to go and get something else, and i work best when I am in routines

Breakfast:
1/3 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup TONE Milk
1/3 Cup Water
Vanilla Essence to Flavour

Lunch:
2 Slices Wholemeal Bread
1 Tin Tuna (different flavour every day)
1 Slice Low Fat Cheese

Dinner:
Sensible portion of whatever is being cooked
OR 100grams Lean Meat +
1 Corn Cobb +
2 Servings of Vegies

Snacks:
1 Apple
1 Diet Mousse or Diet Creme Caramel
1 Raspberry Split Ice Cream for dessert OR a yoghurt top muesli bar

Calories will be around 1400-1500 a day

I MUST do these things EVERY DAY:
Drink 3 Bottles of Water
I must eat breakfast at work at 9am (prevents me from getting hungry in the morning)
Say no to junk food

I MUST NOT do these things:
Binge at night
Eat any more snacks

Exercise Plan:

7 x 40-60 Minutes Cardio Per Week
3 x Weights routines every week

Exercise Suggestions:
50 Minute walk in morning
20 Minutes of XTrainer
20 Minutes on Bike
Big long walk on weekends
30 Minutes swimming
15 Minute run
40 Minute bike ride in morning

I know I have been making a few threads, but I want this so bad, and this helps me get motivated! I really REALLY would love to be this weight by my birthday, and by following this I really think I can do it.

Treats Every Week
3 cheat snacks a week (giant freddo, milky way, bueno bar, kinder chocolate, pack of chips, ice cream)

Weigh In Days
Monday 17 September
Monday 24 September
Monday 1 October
Saturday 6 October (final weigh in)

So I officially weigh in on Monday (estimate around 58.0kg).

If I slip up on ANY DAY I dont get my treats! If I go a FULL work week, I get a treat on the weekend.

Reward for Finishing 3 Week Challenge Successfully: Shopping Spree to buy new clothes!
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

I wish i had that much motivation when i was 18. If i did i wouldnt have so much weight now to loose. Good luck

Friday 14 September
Brekkie: Usual
Lunch: Usual
Dinner: TBA. Something at Alex's - HEALTHY!
Snacks: Pita bread with PB, Apple, 1/2 Cup Milk with Milo, 1/2 Salad Sandwich

Exercise: 30 Minutes weights, 40 Minutes Cardio @ Gym.

Today would have been perfect without the stupid Milo and extra 1/2 sandwich grrrr! Better get in shape for Mondays weigh in!

Not sure yet... I keep giving hints to the boyfriend "you know my birthdays sooon....". im scared he's gonna forget!

I'll probably have a night out with some of my girl friends, and go out to dinner with the boyfriend, nothing too spesh.

I'll be spending most of the day baking little cup cakes to take into work though (everyone has to bring in something for there birthday), i love baking!

If you just saw my upper body you would probably think im skinny, but my butt, thighs, calves and ankles are the problem...

Saturday and Sunday - ARGHHHHHHH!!

Ok. Weekends are BAAAD!!!
I did weigh myself yesterday though - 57.7kg

Saturdays Food:
Breakfast: Muesli with Yoghurt and Milk
Snacks: Muesli Bar, Chocolate, Ice Cream :(
Lunch: 1/2 Plate curry + 1/2 naan bread
Dinner: 2 Sausages with Onion

Sundays Food:
Breakfast: Muesli with Milk
Snacks: Le Rice, Ice Cream
Lunch: Steak Subway
Dinner: God i hope I can have something healthy

So yeah... bad weekend.

Exercise: 30 Minutes Cardio today, weights routine.

Last night we went out, I consumed vodka and lemonade mostly. Had a censored night and at 11:30pm I caught a cab out to Alex's and stayed the night.

Im pretty sure I have put on weight this weekend, im not going to beat myself up over this though, cause these kinda things shock your system and keeps your metabolism going.

Next week will be better. Im not going to weigh in until next Monday - 25 September. Goal weight: 57.0kg

Food for Next Week
Breakfasts: 1/3 Cup Oats with 1/3 Cup Light Milk, 1/3 Cup Water + Honey
Lunches: 2 Slices Wholemeal Bread (470kj), Tuna (430kj) and slice Cheese (200kj)
Snacks: Banana, Le Rice or Other Dairy Snack
Dinner: TBA. Small portion of whats available.

Exercise: 3 Weight Sessions a week, 4 x 60 Minute Cardio Sessions.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

D: Small portion of what is cooked
S: 1 Le Rice Caramel, Banana

Exercise For Today:
20 Minute walk to and from work
40-60 Minutes Cardio OR a class (spin)

Goal Weight for Monday 24 September
Under 57.0kg
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
