I had a pretty rad weekend. Went out on Saturday night and got a little drunk hehe, ended up staying out until 4:30am!!!
Mum & Dad gave me some money to buy clothes, and got lots of other little things. Went shopping today and bought some cool stuff!
Got on the scales yesterday, it read 56.6kg!
So I got under my goal weight for yesterday! Im not going to worry too much about food from now on, I am very happy with my weight right now. I am just going to continue with my exercise, and make sure I dont binge and eat sensible portions. I am really starting to enjoy exericse. Tonight I did 10 minutes on the XTrainer, 20 Minutes Interval Running, and a 30 minute walk on an incline, and I got my heart rate up with hip hop and rnb lol.
Ive only got 2.6kg to lose! And I would really like to do that in 5 weeks. Hence me starting a new thread now my 3 weeks are over hehe! See you in my new thread!
