Well second session with the pt was today and i made sure i had carbs for breakfast... 2 weet bix and milk
Had a great work out and my god am i feeling it. My thighs and ass are so sore!
We had another good chat and I told him that I was feeling abit down as i had only lost 100gms. He turned around and said to me not to look at the scales for a while.. like a few weeks cause when i do get on them i will be greatly suprised.
Im still making sure my calories are 1400 or under so i should see some results inn time.
He also said that because i have changed my diet, I should expect my body to go into survival mode and try to store everything. Which i expected. Still i will keep going. This is a lifestyle change forever not for the short term.
