Thanks everyone for your continual support and guidance!

So... Since I achieved my goal of losing 31.2kg by the 07/12 (2 weeks early)... I have set myself a new challenge...

To lose a total of 36.2kg from my starting weight by 24/12 (Christmas Eve). I'll hopefully be 85kg by then!

Once again, thank you to everyone that has left me comments. It is much appreciated!!!

I will let you all know how I did at my official weigh-in with my personal trainer first thing in the morning.

Hugs and kisses,
Lauren.

This morning went well... I've got to be quick as I have work...

But I lost a total of 5.2kg in 4 weeks and 19cm.

I'm happy... Not thrilled - but happy. I'm too harsh on myself!!! Haha. But since I lost 29.5cm last time... I wanted more! I'm greedy.

HAPPY FRIDAY!

That's GREAT!!!

Remember, as you get closer to goal you will lose less and less - so you're still going at an incredibly good rate, and you can't expect to keep losing massive numbers because now you're a littler girl! (but 19cm and over 5kg - still HUGE effort!)
