The school holidays are finally over! I like having my kids arround but boy are they hard work!
Put on 100g from last week, which is a bummer because I had gone from 82.3 to 81.8kg on sat morning. I put 500g back on over the weekend!
I've got the weekdays under control but loose it on the weekends! If it wasn't for the last two weekends I'd be over a kilo lighter.
It's going to be difficult to reach my end of month goal as I now have 2.5 kilos to loose in 2 weeks! (well 16 days) Well I'm not going to acheive anything sitting at the computer!!
This weeks personal challenge:
- Water - Drink 2 ltrs a day
- exercise - 30 mins daily on treadmill and as much incidental exercise as possible (I should have a spotless house!!)
Ultimate Goal 65kg by 18/09/08
This months goal- to weight less than last month LOL!!
