I've only just joined, but wish to start my own progress thread.
Starting Weight: 141.3 kgs (28/05/2007)
Current Weight: 125.9 kgs
Target Weight: 90 (will set the final target once I hit this)
Loss to Date: 15.4 kgs
Daily Calorie Intake - 1200
Exercise - 30 minutes walking or 1 hr at Gym 3 times a week
Breakfast - 1 slice toast, scrape of butter, banana & coffee
Lunch - cup of soup and 1 slice wholemeal bread no butter + an apple
Dinner - steamed vegies, grilled meat or chicken - or salad and cold lean meats
Plus 1 cup of low fat milk either in my coffees or straight
If I need a pick me up through the day, a cup of low fat, low salt soup or a serve of yogurt
Thursday nights - Subway 6 inch ham and salad sub on wholemeal with a bottle of Zero coke.
Plenty of water through the day and cups of green tea.
